Digital Product
The AI-Proof Score Full Report is a digital product generated specifically for your assessment results. Each report is personalized and created on demand using AI, tailored to your role, industry, scores, and individual answers.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the personalized and digital nature of our reports, all sales are generally final. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The report was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
- The report content is substantially incomplete or corrupted
- A duplicate charge occurred
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@exemian.com with:
- Your email address used during purchase
- The date of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through our payment partner, Paddle, and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted if:
- You simply changed your mind after receiving the report
- You disagree with the AI-generated recommendations (these are advisory, not guaranteed outcomes)
- The request is made more than 14 days after purchase
Free Assessment
The AI-Proof Score test and basic score results are completely free. No payment is required to take the test and view your score. Only the personalized full report is a paid product.
